There are hundreds of apps and every vendor says theirs is the answer. How do we choose?
You decide how the work should flow first, then pick tools that fit. Our shortlist is independent: no vendor pays us to recommend them.
We bought tools nobody uses. Can you help with that?
Yes, and it's a common place to start. We look at what you're paying for and how it's being used, then it's your call. We can help you push on and get the team using it properly, or take a step back and reassess whether it's the right fit.
Six months after go-live, everyone is back to the old way. Why?
Because the software went in but the habits didn't change. Training by role, champions in each team and a few simple measures are what make it stick, so we plan for that from the start.
Our team is nervous about AI. Is it safe to use?
It can be, with clear rules. We help you decide where AI fits, set out what data can and can't go into it, and train people to use it well. We fix the basics first, so AI isn't added on top of a mess.
Do we need to take every step?
No. Most firms come in at one step and take only what they need. A diagnosis, a tool choice or a rollout that won't stick are all good places to start.
We're a single firm, not a group. Is this for us?
It can be. Firms of all sizes struggle with tech and change in a noisy, fast-moving market. The same steps work for one practice. Groups just repeat them for every firm they bring in.
